If there was a better than 5 stars option, I would give David 10 stars! From the minute I walked into the Bella Vista Crye-Leike office, it was my lucky day when I met David. David assessed my house, pointed out concerns that might hinder me from selling for the best price, etc. David patiently explained the process, and I confidently moved forward with listing my house. It didn't take long for prospective buyers to mention their concerns. David took that feedback, made suggestions, and located contractors that he knew would do a good job. He also helped me, a senior citizen seller, to repaint the high walls of the living room! I paid for the paint but didn't have to leave home -- David even went to pick up the paint for me. David also contacted roofers, an A/C repair company and a deep cleaning service. He suggested hiring a junk hauler to remove yard debris, old equipment and items from the crawl space. Every suggestion David made helped me to get the best price. When the donation center wasn't able to pick up furniture as promised, David borrowed a trailer from a friend. He used it to pick up the furniture / drop it off, he also arranged to take some items to the dump. At every turn, I was amazed at how helpful David truly is! David quickly got the house in such good shape that it sold within weeks of being listed. Needless to say, I was very happy with the service and level of care that David provided. When I complimented David, he said "I am here to serve, and it is my pleasure"! I really can't say enough good things about David Weekley! Thank you so much, David -- I hit the realtor jackpot the day I met you!
